"Unexpected server response" (JSON error)

The server returns a web page instead of the playlist data: the address is often incorrect.

Steps

1. Check the server address: http or https, port, no extra path after the port.
2. Open the address in a browser: if a login or error page appears, the address is not the one of the playlist.
3. Ask the support of your playlist's server for the exact address.

With the verdict "Streams return a web page", the service responds but a page appears in place of the video, on the network path, before the server.
