Delete my DringTV account
Settings › Account › "Delete my account", or in the account settings on dringtv.com. Deletion is permanent.
Steps
- App Store subscription: first turn off its renewal in your Apple account settings; Apple does not allow it to be cancelled on your behalf.
- Open Settings › Account › "Delete my account" and confirm.
Profiles, playlists, history and preferences are erased. A Google Play subscription or one taken out on dringtv.com is cancelled at the same time as the account. If a purchase is still being processed, nothing is deleted: try again a few minutes later.
