Free IPTV player: what DringTV’s free plan really lets you do

Short answer

Yes, DringTV can be used for free: the free plan plays live TV, movies and series from your own sources (M3U, Xtream Codes, Stalker portals), with no ads and no watermark, with 2 playlists, 1 profile and 1 device. Premium unlocks the full TV guide, favourites, resume playback, recording, Multi-View and live sports scores on up to 5 devices. It is the player that is free: DringTV provides no channels and no content.

Key points

  • The player is free; content comes only from the authorised source you add to it.
  • Free plan: 2 playlists, 1 profile, 1 device, live TV and movie/series playback with no daily quota.
  • No ads and no watermark, on the free plan as on Premium.
  • 24 hours of Premium on first launch with no account or card, then a 7-day trial when you subscribe.
01

The player is free, not the content

An IPTV player is playback software, much like a video player: it shows what the source you give it contains. DringTV does not provide, host or sell any channel, movie or series, and does not recommend any source.

Content therefore comes from the source you legitimately have access to: the access given to you by your server (M3U playlist, Xtream Codes account or Stalker/Ministra portal), or your own files. What is free is the app, never the content.

When the free plan is enough

  • One screen and one or two playlists: the free plan covers live TV, movies and series.
  • Several screens at home, or several profiles: Premium, up to 5 devices.
  • You rely on the programme guide, recording or Multi-View: those are Premium features.
